Frans van Duikeren
Frans van Duikeren has a degree in Food Technology (Wageningen UR) and management Consultancy (SIOO). Van Duikeren worked from 1978 until 2003 in the packaging industry, last fifteen years in general management in internationals. From 2004 van Duikeren started a small business consultancy company to support management of starting businesses and SME’s. From 2005 he also acts as an informal investor mainly in life sciences.

Jaap Wieling
Jaap Wieling brings almost 30 years of experience as an executive and entrepreneur in biopharmaceutical research and development. He fulfills executive, board and advisor positions in startup biotech companies and (pharmaceutical) service industries since 1999. Before that he held executive and research management roles in R&D institutions and commercial research and manufacturing corporations.
He holds a BSc degree in chemistry, an MSc degree in pharmacology and a PhD degree in Mathematics and Natural Sciences from Groningen University in the Netherlands.

Annie van Broekhoven
Annie Van Broekhoven is founder and director of CreaBioSupport bvba, a consulting company providing services in the field of biologicals and helping companies to grow by pursuing new opportunities through internal development, acquisitions and partnerships.
She has more than 30 years experience in process development and GMP manufacturing of biotherapeutics for clinical trials. Annie is a proven biotech entrepreneur having been founder and CEO of Q-Biologicals NV (a CDMO providing services in the field of biologicals and small molecules that was acquired by Amatsi in 2016). Prior to that she was Vice-President Biologicals at the Belgian company Innogenetics NV.
She holds a Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of Antwerp (UA, Belgium) and has been appointed at UA as a Professor Emeritus lecturing on Industrial Biotechnology.

Duko Drijfhout
Duko Drijfhout has over 10 years of experience in early stage investments, academic technology transfer and company/entrepreneur coaching. During this period he has supported a number of companies both as an investor as well as an advisor, with a specific focus on strategic development and investor readiness. Duko has supported Madam Therapeutics as an advisor since 2016.
Duko works as an Investment Manager for both the UNIIQ investment fund, focusing on managing it’s Life Sciences & Health portfolio, and the Erasmus University Medical Center, assisting in the foundation of its spin-off companies. He previously worked as a business development manager, developing early-stage idea’s into commercially viable products and as a fund manager for an early stage venture capital fund. Duko holds a degree in Finance from the Rotterdam School of Management.

Chris Huiskamp
With 11 years of international Finance Management experience Chris spent the last 5 years in the clinical research industry working with several pharmaceutical and biotech companies on their studies in his positions at two different CRO’s. Chris has served in the position of Finance Director Europe at Medpace, heading their European finance organization, which covered 26 entities in 18 countries all across Europe.
At the end of 2010, Chris changed CRO’s and joined the Assign Group as their CFO, in charge of Finance, Human Resources and IT. At Assign he was also responsible for vendor management, legal matters, contracting with customers and vendors, and proposal management.
Chris is co founder and managing partner at Sourcia CRO.
